Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Les Ambassadeurs AG, Kapellplatz 4, 6004 Lucerne, Switzerland (hereinafter "Seller") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer") for the sale of luxury watches and accessories.

Deviating conditions of the Customer are not recognized unless expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The products displayed on the website do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding offer.

A purchase contract is only concluded upon written order confirmation or shipping confirmation from the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including statutory value-added tax (where applicable), excluding shipping and insurance costs.

Payments are due in advance. Accepted payment methods are listed on the website.

The Seller retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been received (retention of title, Art. 715 Civil Code).

4. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping is at the Customer's risk, to the extent legally permissible.

Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly assured in writing.

The goods are shipped insured. Benefit and risk pass to the Customer upon handover to the transport company.

5. Originality and Manufacturer's Warranty

The Seller guarantees that all watches offered are original products from their respective manufacturers.

Claims arising from the manufacturer's warranty are exclusively subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Any further dealer warranty or guarantee is expressly excluded.

6. Warranty for Material Defects

Swiss law of obligations (Art. 197 et seq. OR) applies.

The Customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report obvious defects in writing within 5 days.

In the event of justified defects, the Seller shall, at its discretion, provide: repair, replacement delivery, reduction, or rescission.

7. Returns

Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Returns are made exclusively on a voluntary basis and only after prior written agreement.

Watches procured individually or specially ordered are excluded from returns.

8. Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded, to the extent legally permissible.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain reserved.

9. Brand and Dealer Information

Les Ambassadeurs AG is an independent dealer and has no economic connection to the brand manufacturers mentioned on this website.

All brands, logos, and product names are the property of their respective owners. Their use is solely for the purpose of describing the original products offered in accordance with trademark exhaustion (MSchG).

10. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Les Ambassadeurs AG in Lucerne, provided no mandatory legal provisions oppose this.
